Before your big day you we’ll have an hour-long consultation either by telephone, or if you live near to my home in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, in your own, or my, home. You can discuss the possibility of me playing pieces that are your personal favourites.
Classically trained, I’m is also a jazz pianist and can turn my hands to songs from the shows, Beatles numbers, boogie-woogie — my repertoire is huge.
David had a great repertoire which we were allowed to customize, and even make suggestions/requests for particular songs that were special to us. I requested quite an unusual song from a dance music background as a surprise for my husband and specifically asked it to be turned into a slower classical piano version, and I did wonder if I had asked too much and if it was even possible! But the song was played beautifully, just as I had imagined and it went down brilliantly with the guests too who recognised the tune! FEES
I charge £300 for the day, plus travel (travel costs are included for events within a 25-mile radius of my home in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire).
For events taking place close to my home the cost may be less if I’m is only required for a few hours. Email to enquire or call 01422 843315.
I’ll will bring my Yamaha keyboard and amplifier. If the venue has a piano I may be able to play that; tuning will be required in advance.
